1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received
  • A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or incorrect washing
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order clothing
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance sales, festive offers, or special promotions

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request:

  • A replacement product (subject to stock availability), or
  • A full refund

Requests for replacement must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
